The “Good Morning” smoothie. A solid energy way to start your day or a great pre-workout kick.


1/2 cup of Granola – Use your head and read ingredients. Rolled oats are a great first ingredient, not sugar. 
1 banana
1/4 cup of peanuts
1 tbsp Chia Seed
1 cucumber – Organic if possible.
Coffee – I always save my day old coffee in the fridge, perfect for smoothies.
Almond milk – or coconut, or flax… I avoid soy and get the unflavored.

Optional: Add ice
